INFORMATION FROM THE BOARD
A report that yellow and red go carts are speeding through the neighborhood driven by young children. Go-Carts are strictly prohibited in the Reserve and the Estates according to the covenants.
There was almost a serious accident because someone driving a car reported that the Go-Cart was so close to the ground that it could not be seen. This is an extreme safety hazard and unacceptable in the community. The owner/owners of these go carts need to ensure that their children discontinue this activity immediately.
When seeing a red flashing light at any of the Reserve or the Estates lift stations please contact H20 immediately and provide the address that is nearest to that lift station. The H2O emergency phone contact is 985 626-5132. This will prevent sewage from flooding homes between the lift stations and the nearest catch basin. The flashing light indicates a sewage back up that needs to be fixed by H20 immediately.
